Return and Refund Policy

    To cancel an order you must call and or text Happy Heart Gift LLC at  1(888) 320-2101  or   email : Happyheartgiftsllc.com.

                                                                                                                CANCELLATION  &  REFUNDS

  If you would like to cancel your order after you have submitted payment in full, you will be refunded only  50% of the order total. You will not be issued a full refund of any amount due to cover cost of materials, supplies, & labor invested.

                                                                                                 POLICY & REPORT an  ERROR INSTRUCTIONS

  ALL SALES are FINAL!! No exchanges for store credit, unless an error has been made to your order by Happy Heart Gifts LLC. Customers only option is for repairs to be done on order/ orders. Errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are fully responsible for all incorrect information submitted to HHG for embroidery services.   Changes made to orders are considered to be color scheme, intended fragrance and / or intended merchandise to be used. It is also changes made to the personalization requests which includes, letters and numbers added. The costs applied to make changes to your order, will cover fees associated with supplies, materials and labor invested. Please note in many cases, changes can result in a new order being in place.
